All GP and Advanced Nurse Practitioner appointments will be triaged by a clinician. The reception team will no longer make these appointments for you.
For patients that don’t have digital access, the reception team can complete your request and submit it for you.
Please ensure that the team have your up to date contact information. As this is a new service, we anticipate that they may be some teething problems initially, but please be assured that the team will work hard to rectify any issues as soon as possible and that our new system is monitored and tweaked to ensure the best possible service to our patients.
Patients can submit their online between the following hours, 8am to 3pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 8am to 11am on Thursday and 8am to 2pm on Fridays. Requests will only be reviewed by a clinician within these times. Outside of these hours, requests will be triaged the following working day.
Practice Nurse and Health Care Support Worker appointments will not need to be triaged and you can book them with the reception team as normal.
